Promo / Skoolies / Event Description

We did a lot of asking you about what you wanted from Promo at the end of last year. You did a lot of telling us that you wanted another Skoolies night. We listened, we understood, we made it happen, we even arranged a special photoshoot featuring some of you guys, and we had a lot of fun with it, so here we go... Promo Skool Disco!

There are a dozen ways to wear a School Uniform, you can crack out the short pants and thick glasses, button right to the top and embrace your inner geek. You can hitch up your skirt, risk the wrath of the teachers with some heels and let your slutty side out. You can be all baseball caps, trainers and untucked shirts, and find yourself some lunch money to steal. Maybe thicken up the eyeliner and top off your outfit with your favourite band hoodie, show the world you're not willing to conform, or go the other way and make yourself practically perfect in every way, even bring an apple for the teacher.

It's your uniform, you wear it however you like.

Upstairs DJ Fil will be hosting a SCHOOL OF ROCK as our brand new Sweet Indie Rock Disco gains pace for its fourth week.

Downstairs Gaz & Fran will be your supercool School Disco DJs all night long.

ALSO

This one has added Cheerleaders! Real genuine life sized uniformed cheerleaders that you can touch (but don't). They'll be performing a breath-taking display, created specially for Promo, as they warm up for their appearence at Nationals later this spring. (Check them out... Nationals!)

They'll also be around all night getting involved, and even running the tuck shop (Yes, there will be a tuck shop!)
