It's ok. Calm down. We're not all going to die. Some of us are going to fall over, and it's going to be funny for everyone watching. Some of us are probably going to hurt ourselves a bit, which will be less funny, but bones heal, so we'll be OK in the end. But just in case, here is the Official Where's Mavis? Mavis of late, as you'll know if you've a) attended, or b) read my gushing blogs, is awesome. Awesome to the point that me, the boy who only ever looks forward to pie, is already looking forward to next Tuesday. The last 4 parties down at Method have been, and I choose my word carefully here, fun. Fun in the purest sense of the word. Full on joy making and merriment. Top notch shenanigans all round.
Metal in the basement is loud and sweaty, what has become a mental mix up of everything rock and a bit more on the middle floor is good for the dancing and the singing, the good times and the boogie, and then there's the top floor, our new third room, we have some news on that...
WHERE'S MAVIS WILL BE A FULL THREE ROOM PARTY EVERY WEEK FROM NOW ON!

So what are we going to do in the third room at the top of the stairs. Well, after much pondering, much talking to you guys, the drawing of some pictures, and a game of dominoes, we've decided.
We're going to do everything.
Not all at once though, that would be silly. We're going to rotate it, change it every week, we figure we have the opportunity to do something special at Mavis, we have 2 rooms playing a good solid base of what you expect from a rock/alt clubnight, then we have a third room where we can, week by week, play all that stuff that always gets missed out because it's not pop enough to pull a crowd every single week.
So.. this week - Tuesday 12th January!
