Magic Mavis Method Madness
Sludgy, slushy, sloppy, sleety, squishy, slidey, squelchy bloody mess. Look at all the words I know to describe the state of our pavements today.
Well, that's how I was going to start this message, before waltzing into a long and miserable rant about the grey skies, drizzle and sludge that is the post Winter Wonderland world.
But turns out it's not, as I walked home to type this I couldn't help but notice the sky is actually a beautiful shade of dark blue, and the pavements are pretty much clear and dry, in fact, I'm fairly sure I got home quicker than normal as my feet still aren't used to friction and I was pushing away harder than I needed to and making great speed.
So it's actually quite a nice winters day really, and my rant has been ruined. Ruined! The only gripe I have with the weather at all is that the cold makes it necessary for me to pull my hoodie on and off as I move from indoors to outdoors and back again, causing a flattening of my hairy rooftop. I'm told I could solve this problem by wearing zipping clothing, but frankly I think zips are quite vulgar, if I wanted a row of teeth down my middle I'd bribe the dentist.
Why on earth am I writing this letter? Did you steal my monocle? Do I want it back? You should definitely give it back if you did, I'm gonna look pretty strange grasping at air with my naked eye surroundings.
Where's Mavis?!
Tonight at Method, down by staples, we're having a party. Three rooms of rock n roll based japery. A dungeon of metal, a sitting room of rock based all sorts, and an attic of cock, classic rock, and glam.
